Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure optimal level of customer service and ensure absence of all issues.
  • Manage or monitor all customer requests, inquiries and complaints and assist in effective resolutions or resolve issues via email or phone call.
  • Documenting issues and solutions for new concerns raised by customers and adding it to our customer support knowledge base.
  • Doing the necessary research needed to answer customers’ queries.
  • Cross channel communication with departments to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Must have general knowledge of all product warranties as well as Guardsman Protection Plans & Epic Warranties that Neal’s sells.
  • Must have general knowledge of all products sold to answer any questions that may come from customers.
  • Will take all service calls and track status to ensure issues are taken care of in a timely manner.

Neal’s Furniture Cook

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu. You will cook dishes that will delight our employees with their taste and timely delivery. An excellent cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They must be efficient in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important. The goal is to keep our employees healthy and happy with a well-balanced diet while providing a family atmosphere.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Display a cheerful, upbeat, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
  • Cook food in various utensils or grillers
  • Check food while cooking to stir or turn
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
  • Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Check quality of ingredients
  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as cook

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be an advantage
